Hi,

we have now waited and testet a long time and we found that must be an failure in Code.

Some Members needs an Ratio above 3.0 to be promoted to an Usergroup, if they fall under ratio 3.0 they have to be downgraded from the system automaticly. But this doesn´t work. So we have tried to make a new Promotion where only the Ratio will be watched. So if the User falls under Ratio 3.0 the sys takes him first down and some seconds later he will be up again.

So under Promotions we have tried to set Ratio to <3 won´t work, i think in the code there must be an >= ....

How can we manage this problem ? Is there any way to set an automaticly downgrade ?
